He took a tough approach to the diamond, but loved working on his own to develop! Jeff would describe himself as an 80 on the 6th tool scale which is what enabled him to play six years in the Major Leagues! Jeff provides a very honest conversation about the mental toughness required to reach a players ceiling!!!
